Major Latin American Retailer Selects Retalix to Improve Customer Shopping Experience

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Retalix® (Nasdaq: RTLX), a global provider of software solutions for retailers and distributors, announced today that Falabella S.A.C.I., a leading Latin American retailer with more than 200 supermarkets, department stores and home improvement stores throughout the region, is deploying Retalix StoreLine point-of-sale (POS) software in more than 1,700 POS lanes in its Supermarket Division in Chile and Peru. The project also includes Fujitsu TeamPOS 3000 XL POS terminals and Datalogic hand-held scanners.

Retalix StoreLine is an open architecture point-of-service solution deployed at leading grocers worldwide. The application contains advanced POS functionality and supports customer loyalty, self checkout, fuel management, QSR and a wide variety of electronic payment services.
